Terms of Service

VSSQ provides AI digital teams and business-scenario workflows for solo operators. Capabilities depend on your goals, authorized plugins, credit balance, and third-party availability. Some capabilities may be demo-only or require auth—the UI will label them when possible. Demo data must not be the sole basis for real investment decisions.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for lawful goals, materials, and authorizations. You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity. High-risk external actions (e.g. production deploys, real charges) may require your extra confirmation.

Paid plans and credit packs follow prices shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Credit usage and behavior when credits run out follow in-product notices. To the extent allowed by law, consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

You retain rights to content and goals you provide. You grant us a license to process them as needed to run the service. Our software, brand, and scenario assets remain owned by VSSQ or its licensors.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you remain responsible for business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party outages; our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero for free users).

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches or security risk.
